Hello to all my friends and visitors. Welcome to my home page. I'm very glad that you stopped by . . . and I hope that you'll stick around long enough to get to know just a little bit more about me, my family and my life. After all, these days, acquaintances that begin in cyberspace are often the most real, vivid, and long-lasting - and maybe that will be true of us.

My Background

I was born in a small town in California, but my family soon moved back to the east coast. Raised in the suburbs of Nation's Capital. Found the prettiest, freckled face girl in my junior high school, that I had ever seen. Made my feelings permanent (How permanent? That was 50 years ago.) and married Lynda, 5 years later. Raised 3 children, two boys and one girl. The children all have married and have a life of their own now. If you are interested, my kids can be reached via E-mail, Scott, Kurt and Patti. Now we have 6 grandchildren, three boys, three girls. Visited South Carolina in 1988 (Loved the country, the scenery and the people) and have not found a reason to return north. I am retired.

My Interests

It is best to learn about people from their interest, and mine are, boating, fishing, swimming and computers. My bookmarks should help you, also. I am available to help anybody with their web pages. I can do designing, publishing and maintenance. I have 31 years experience with computers, some dBase and Clipper programming. I have 27 years experience with computer hardware.
